This is a great pump. very powerful, but very quiet. It is used in a plastic container submerged at the corder of the indoor swimming pool and a garage wall, which is a low need for drainage of rain from the pool. This pump will automatically turn on when the container fills and does so in a small period of time. really like the vertical float switch. the rocker switch based on the old pump was always hung when debris would build in the container.
